As part of our investment in building a relationship with you, during the initial phases, we commit to invest as much time as necessary to ensure we fully understand your business and operating platforms. The standards require us to obtain a solid understanding of the key business drivers and operations and our methodology is designed to gather that information and retain it in our audit tools as knowledge to be updated from year to year
