The Importance of Audit.
Auditing is a highly complex process, and the importance of auditors as a vital link in the financial reporting chain has never been more important nor their role as trusted advisors more valued.

Our Process
Our process and approach is designed to reflect your specific needs. As part of our investment in building a relationship with you, during the initial phases, we commit to invest as much time as necessary to ensure we fully understand your business and operating platforms. The standards require us to obtain a solid understanding of the key business drivers and operations and our methodology is designed to gather that information and retain it in our audit tools as knowledge to be updated from year to year

Our audit manual combined with the Crowe Global Audit Process,  and our automated audit resources, not only ensures we comply with all requirements of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs); it assists us to focus on your risks and tailors our approach to manage and mitigate those risks.

We carry out the audit in 4 key phases where we apply our methodology. Before starting each phase, we discuss our detailed plans with your personnel. Our detailed planning for each phase identifies the staff with whom we need to meet and the resources, materials and reports that we require in order to complete the assignment.

The phases are as follows:

  • Planning
  • Strategy and Risk Assessment
  • Responding to Risks
  • Conclusion and Reporting
