PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk (SAPX), one of the assurance clients of Crowe Indonesia has successfully registered its shares in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on October 3, 2018. SAPX issued 433,333,300 new shares or 52% of its issued and fully paid capital. With an IPO price of Rp250, SAPX obtained Rp 108.3 billion fresh funds. SAPX is a logistics company engaged in express courier services.
