Alena has been an integral part of Advartis Group (including Crowe Slovakia and Contract Administration Slovakia) for more than ten years, during which she has built an impressive career within the organization. She began her professional journey as HR & Payroll Manager at Contract Administration, where she quickly distinguished herself through operational excellence and a deep understanding of both client and employee needs. Over time, she advanced to the position of Country Manager for Contract Administration and Crowe Slovakia, successfully leading business growth and operational development in the Slovak market.
Alena’s leadership style is characterized by strategic thinking, a people-oriented approach, and a strong focus on quality and compliance. Her ability to build effective teams, develop talent, and maintain long-term client relationships has played a key role in strengthening Advartis’ position in Slovakia.
