Start your career with an internship at Crowe Czech Republic and work on real projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

What to expect from an internship at Crowe?

We provide professional business services in the areas of audit, accounting, taxation, and consulting. We are part of Crowe Global, one of the largest global networks of accounting and advisory firms in the world, operating in 150 countries. In the Czech market, we have been active for nearly 30 years, with two offices in Prague and Brno.

Our main priority is continuous development and improving the quality of services we deliver to our clients.

An integral part of building a prosperous industry is supporting the education of young talents. We take this responsibility seriously, which is why we offer an Internship Program, giving students the opportunity to explore real tasks across all fields and allowing them to gain practical experience while still in high school. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, they work on real projects and get a hands-on feel for the specific nature of our profession.

"From day one, we involve our interns in real tasks. It’s not just about copying or sorting documents – students have the opportunity to participate in tasks such as preparing audit tests, reviewing financial statements, or conducting basic analytical work. Our goal is for them to gain as much experience as possible and to understand what this profession really entails. It’s equally important to us that they feel like valued members of the team, we encourage independence, but we’re always available to help them when needed. Interns also learn about responsibility, if they enter something incorrectly, there are of course consequences. In many ways, it’s a school of life," says Tomáš Holec, Senior Auditor.

What do our interns say?

internship

Markéta, a student from a business academy, spent two weeks with us and became actively involved in the daily operations of the audit department.

"At first, I didn’t even know exactly what an audit was. Now I understand that it’s a systematic review of a company’s accounting, financial, and operational records. The school system teaches us theory, but it’s only in practice that we learn how to apply our knowledge," says Markéta.

During her internship, she applied not only her knowledge of accounting and economic English but also technical skills like working in Excel and touch typing. A valuable part of the experience was getting familiar with tools and concepts she had not yet encountered at school.

"Every day brought something new, and thanks to that, I was constantly learning and growing. I’m truly grateful I had the chance to be part of such a professional team and explore all corners of this complex process," Markéta concludes her experience.
