Please find below hyperlinks to our Personal Tax Checklist to assist you in accumulating all required information for your 2016 income tax returns. The checklist may also be used by other family members for whom we prepare income tax returns.
All you need to do is:
1. Download the Personal Tax Checklist by clicking here
2. Save it on your desktop
3. Fill out the required information and print the form before closing
4. Scan and attach the checklist to an e-mail and return it to us at [email protected]; or fax it to (613) 836-8338; or include it with your tax information and drop it into our office at 340 March Road, Suite 400 (in the Gateway Plaza at corner of March and Teron Road)

In an effort to reduce the environmental impact of printing on paper, we are offering our clients an option to receive an electronic copy of their tax return rather than a paper copy. Please let us know if you would like an electronic copy.
