Cliff is a member of the Virginia State Board of Accountancy and the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants and is licenced to practice in both jurisdictions. Cliff articled with a Big 4 accounting firm in the Bahamas by which he gained considerable international experience across many industries including restaurant franchises, retail & wholesale, service (travel agencies and brokerage agencies), shipping, commercial fisheries, construction and lumberyards, condominium and time-share associations as well as the financial services industry to include offshore banks, mutual funds, trusts and other financial instruments and liquidations.
