Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO): Have you complied
As you may be aware, the UAE has issued a new Cabinet Resolution No. 58 of 2020 (in August 2020) regulating the Beneficial Owners Procedures.
We have shared updates on this topic via email communications and through a webinar earlier.
This email is a gentle reminder on the fast-approaching deadline for the UBO compliances. Any non-compliances could attract heavy penalties and suspension of the company license in the UAE.
