A milestone in inter-agency cooperation for improved governance

The Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and the Inspectorate of Government (IGG) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening collaboration through enhanced information sharing.

This partnership is expected to improve tax compliance, promote transparency, and support the fight against corruption across public institutions.

Enhancing inter-agency collaboration

The agreement formalizes the exchange of information between the two institutions, enabling more effective monitoring and enforcement of compliance requirements.
