New staff receives comprehensive practical training and a suitable theoretical education. Graduate employees receive specialized training with a view to the authorization as accountants. For the theoretical training, we engage in most Far Akademi courses, but can also arrange our own in-house training and training through Crowe Horwath International.
Far Akademi is the Swedish Institute for the Professional Education of Accountants. Naturally, we also attach great importance to further develop the skills of our experienced employee. We live in a changing world and there are constantly new demands on auditors' way to practice their profession.
