Tony Hanash spearheads the Corporate Finance Division at Crowe Saudi Arabia, with comprehensive responsibility for its functions. Joining Arthur Andersen's Global Corporate Finance division in Riyadh in 1997, he quickly became a key member, entrusted with the firm's most significant clients, including prominent global investors. Tony has executed approximately $10 billion in M&A transactions and conducted over 40 valuations, due diligence, and strategic advisory projects across the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. His extensive work encompasses areas like joint ventures, private funding, and value consulting for diverse businesses.

With over 10 years of experience, Tony's expertise spans numerous industries, from banking and real estate to aviation and telecommunications. Prior to Arthur Andersen, his U.S. career included roles in sales, marketing, consulting, and financial reporting with firms like Merrill Lynch and Prudential Securities. Tony's strong skills in financial modeling, risk management, and portfolio management, coupled with his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR), underscore his profound financial acumen. He holds a BA in Economic Theory from the American University in Washington D.C. and has completed advanced professional financial training in Europe.

After receiving his BA in economic theory and minor in Business Administration from the American University in Washington D.C, and completing extensive advanced professional financial educational training in Europe, Tony undertook and successfully completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and became member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) in Charlottesville, VA, USA.
