Moath has over Twelve years of extensive audit experience. He managed the audit for many clients in different sectors. His audit experience was mainly in the big four (10 years) and big ten including; KPMG - Jordan, Deloitte & Touché. ME and Crowe Global – KSA.

 

Moath’s expertise include;

• Planning and managing engagements for private/listed companies in accordance with International Standards on Auditing.

• This involves a crucial understanding of the clients’ business and special industry considerations, along with a critical evaluation of the client’s business processes and internal control structure.

• Communicating with clients’ key management in order to identify specific risks associated with strategic objectives to create a tailored audit program to address such risks.

• This also involves examination of clients’ budget and comparison to actual performance with analysis of significant variances.

• Execution of audit testing to verify compliance of financial statements with International Financial Reporting Standards. 

 

Through his wide range of auditing experience, he was exposed to different industries sectors; investments, retail, banking, aviation, construction, manufacturing, trading, hotels, retail, and non-profit organizations in Jordan, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
