Tax alert – Notification regarding the obligation to declare and pay the national additional tax, N408

Following the publication of Order no. 1729/2025 on the approval of the model and content of the form "Notification regarding the obligation to declare and pay the national additional tax" of July 9, 2025, we inform you that NAFA has published the form N408.

Form N408 was published on August 11, 2025 and can be downloaded from the official ANAF website, download Form N408. It is submitted electronically via www.e-guvernare.ro.

We remind you of the provisions of Law no. 431/2023 regarding the preparation of form N408 here.
