TAX & FINANCE FORUM 2021

During the event we will address the most important aspects and legislative news, with fiscal impact, the main challenges for Romanian taxpayers and solutions to adapt to the new provisions.

We will present and analyze, together with experts in the field, trends and fiscal policies, news of the Fiscal Code and the Fiscal Procedure Code, news regarding the digitalization of the Romanian tax administration, SAF-T (Standard Audit File for Tax), transfer prices, perspectives and trends in tax inspections, fiscal consolidation: consolidation in terms of profit tax, consolidation in terms of VAT, consolidation and holding regime in Romania, discounts on the calculation of profit tax, etc.

The event will include a conference (October 14) and two two-hour seminars (October 15), which will cover tax topics of interest to the business community.

* Participation in the event is equivalent to 5 hours of professional training for members of the Chamber of Tax Consultants. The equivalence of the hours will be performed exclusively on the basis of mentioning the number of the registration card and the participation in the event.
