With a focus on making sustainable change at a grass roots level, our people are passionate about making a difference in the communities in which they live and work.

Whether it’s through their charitable impact, community engagement, business support or commitment to driving our sustainability strategy, we are grounded in our communities and committed to leaving them better for having known us.

Contribute through the Findex Community Fund

Since 2018, the Findex Community Fund has donated over $2.5 million to charities that have a real impact in our local communities in the areas of health, education and entrepreneurship. Throughout FY22, our staff donations reached over $149K.

Contribute with our Sustainability Strategy

Our Sustainability Strategy has been designed to help us meet the needs of today, without compromising on tomorrow. It covers ten of the 17 United Nations’ sustainability goals and recognises the various initiatives that Crowe has already embedded or has in progress.

Contribute through Volunteer Days

To help empower our people to leave a lasting impact in their communities, Crowe provides all employees with a day to volunteer and donate their time to give back to local communities and causes which mean something to them.

I’m responsible for how the Findex group gives back to the communities that it’s connected to and we’ve donated over $2 million since we launched the Community Fund in 2018.
