Arnulfo is a graduate of the Michoacán University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH), obtaining a Bachelor's degree in the School of Accounting and Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
He studied masters in Taxation at the University of Guanajuato. He has a diploma in Finance and Financial Information Standards from the Public Accountants Association of Michoacán, A.C.
He is currently Chairman of the Technical Events Committee of the Association of Public Accountants of Michoacán, A.C. Auditor of Management and Finance of the Central West Region of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, A.C.
