Job Description

Handle vendor payments, cash flow management, and ensure accurate data posting across the general ledger.
- Prepare budget, financial reports, reconciliations, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Lead the finance function, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections.
- Manage daily financial operations, including monitoring bank transactions and maintaining accurate records of all financial activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the organization’s financial needs and obligations are met effectively.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in implementing improvements to financial procedures and systems for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance with minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Competency in English & Dhivehi language, written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve, with a growth mindset.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, adapt to challenges, and apply learning in practice.
- Open-minded and receptive to feedback, with the ability to apply guidance effectively.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: MVR 18,000 - 20,000

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (08:00 - 15:30)
