Qualifications: 

As the Manager – Cyber Security, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of robust cybersecurity programs. This is a leadership role where you’ll guide a team of analysts, collaborate with clients, and play a key role in shaping our security vision. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, including leadership or managerial roles
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity analysts and engineers
• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies
• Oversee incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management processes
• Collaborate with clients to assess risk, recommend solutions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Drive Research and Development (R&D) initiatives to enhance service offerings
• Present security assessments, reports, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends
