Hassan Mohamed

Hassan is a finance and accounting professional with over 25 years of experience specializing in Audit, Accounting, Tax, and Advisory services. 

He was the Vice President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives (CA Maldives) and a Member of the State Internal Audit Committee of the Government of Maldives, contributing to financial regulation and professional development. Additionally, he serves as a Nominee Director at Maldives Islamic Bank, overseeing corporate governance and financial strategy in the Islamic banking sector.

His leadership experience includes serving as Chairperson of the State Internal Audit Committee (2021–2023), where he played a vital role in strengthening public financial management. His career spans various sectors, including financial services, government auditing, and corporate governance.

A fellow member of the ACCA, he continues to contribute to the advancement of accounting professional both locally and internationally.
