Amarsaikhan Battsend

Director, CPA, CPTA

Amarsaikhan was granted master's degree in accountancy from the Mongolian National University. She is a member of the Mongolian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA), and Mongolian Association of Certified Tax Consultants (CTA). She has worked for several Mongolian audit and advisory firms from 2002 until joining Crowe Mongolia in 2011. During her early career, she has completed on job training in KPMG Malaysia in 2006. Ms. Amarsaikhan has experience in effective internal controls, due diligence, audit, accounting and tax compliance, financing, management reporting, and strategic planning.

Azmi Bin Osman

Partner, ACCA, MIA
Azmi is a first class honors graduate of University of Humberside, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), has worked with the KPMG Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and other Mongolian audit and advisory firms from 2000 until joining Crowe Mongolia as a Partner in 2011. Azmi has experience in effective internal controls, due diligence review, capital raising and financing, management reporting, tax, accounting and strategic planning for mining and other various industries for over 15 years.
