Vadim Donchevski joined KPMG just after graduating from Tallinn Technical University in 1993. After one-year work experience as an auditor, Mr. Donchevski passed the qualification examination and was awarded the status of an Certified Public Accountant. In addition to responsibilities in KPMG, he lectured on auditing and taxation matters at Tallinn Technical University during 1994-1996.
In 1995 Mr. Donchevski was transferred to the office of KPMG Finland to render audit and consulting services to Finnish and Swedish corporations. These two years provided him with experience in a multinational environment and valuable practice in International Accounting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. General Accounting and Auditing Principles. Having returned from Finland in 1997, Mr. Donchevski was appointed an senior audit manager and during 1997-2006 has assigned to the audits of industrial and transportation companies, most of them the largest in Estonia.
In 1999-2000 he continued post-graduate studies in UK and France and graduated from Ecole Nationale Des Ponts et Chaussees with an Executive MBA in 2000.
In 2006 Vadim Donchevski has been designated as a Certified Fraud Examiner at the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
In 2007 Vadim founded Donoway Assurance and Donoway Advisory ( later renamed to CDNW Group and Donoway Eesti) , which became members of Crowe Horwath International in 2009.
