- Pauline is a partner of FIDUO CONSEILS in Luxembourg. She worked previously in the tax department of MAZARS and of a Big Four in Luxembourg. She is experienced in tax advising and structuring international deals for both corporate and private clients.
- Pauline advises clients on a wide variety of international tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, repatriation of income planning and leveraging acquisition vehicles. She was notably recently involved in the structuring of the Luxembourg intra-group financing vehicle of a Canadian quoted company and advises UK and German Funds on the Luxembourg side.
