- Mariateresa has 10 years of Audit experience. She began her career in 2007 in PricewaterhouseCoopers S.p.A., in Rome. She conducted audit of the separate and consolidated financial statements of Italian commercial companies prepared in accordance with both ITA GAAP and IFRS.
- In February 2012, she joined Ernst & Young SA, Luxembourg, managing different audit assignments, statutory and consolidated accounts, (LuxGaap and IFRS) in various sectors such as industrial and commercial companies and investments funds.
- She joined the Audit Department of CLERC S.A. in October 2012.
