Crowe Global Names New APAC Director
Crowe Global (Crowe) named John Baillie as the new Executive Director for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
John previously led Crowe Australia’s tax practice and joined the network’s management team. This is one of several senior talent investments the leading accounting network has made in the last six months. In November last year, the network announced a new Chief Executive Officer, with Kamel Abouchacra taking the leadership position. In January 2024, the network saw Filipa Correia join the team as Executive Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa. John takes over the position from Yuen Lok Mok, who had led the APAC region since 2007.
It is not the only change to the global network. Crowe Global recently published the network’s global revenues, which surpassed US$5 billion.

John will work closely with our members in the Asia Pacific region to cultivate collaboration across the global network and drive even greater value for Crowe clients.
