Kamel Abouchacra has spent more than 30 years at Crowe, starting his career with Crowe US and advancing through a series of roles across the global network — Auditor, Associate Audit & Assurance Director, Chief Operating Officer, and EMEA Regional Executive — before becoming CEO in 2023. A certified public accountant by background, he brings deep experience in strategy, operations, and international collaboration to the role.
Since taking the helm, Kamel has sharpened the network's focus on sustainable growth, quality, and AI adoption while investing in leadership development and a stronger global brand.
