Jennifer is a transformational leader with more than 25 years of experience, helping professional services organizations grow, evolve, and perform at their best. Throughout her career, she has led firmwide strategy, operations, talent, and organizational transformation initiatives that have strengthened business performance, developed high-performing teams, and enabled sustainable growth. Before joining Crowe Global, Jennifer held a variety of leadership roles at Crowe US, spanning consulting operations, people strategy, talent, acquisitions and integration, and business transformation. She has built and led global operations supporting rapidly growing consulting practices, developed integrated talent and leadership strategies, driven large-scale organizational change, and advised senior leadership on growth, workforce planning, and operational excellence.
