Filipa Correia

Filipa drives implementation of network strategy, expansion, and Member firm engagement across a region that spans more than 97 countries. She provides guidance to Member firms, assessing strengths, identifying growth opportunities, and incentivizing greater collaboration by acting as a strategic connector and facilitator. With more than 20 years of experience in tax, legal, and professional services, Filipa has held many leadership roles within Crowe Global, including on several global committees and as a member of the Crowe Global Board. She leverages her extensive experience and strong relationships across the network to support Member firms in delivering sustainable growth, strengthening client service, and implementing strategic initiatives. In addition to her regional responsibilities, Filipa oversees Crowe Global's Leadership and Talent Development programs, including the Crowe Leadership Academy, which focuses on developing future-ready leaders equipped with capabilities in innovation, change management, collaboration, and strategic growth.
