A licensed New York attorney since 1998 and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Cynthia brings more than 25 years of legal and business experience to her role. Her dual licenses as both an attorney and CPA provide her with a practical understanding of the legal, business, and regulatory challenges facing professional services organizations. She works closely with Crowe Global's leadership and Member firms to support sound governance, manage legal and operational risk, and develop practical solutions to complex cross-border legal and business issues. Her practice has focused extensively on the accounting profession, providing legal counsel to accounting firms and professional services organizations on issues involving professional responsibility, ethics, regulatory compliance, network governance, commercial contracting, and enterprise risk management.
