Accounting and Outsourcing Services

Accounting services we provide include:

•    Bookkeeping
We prepare books of account for clients from basic records such as invoices, receipts, bills, payment vouchers and other relevant documents supporting transactions.

•    Financial statement preparation
We prepare periodic financial statements and supporting details in accordance with statutory requirements and the International Financial Reporting Standards for audit by client’s auditors.

•    VAT and other compliance services
We assist clients to prepare monthly indirect tax returns, including VAT and withholding tax returns and with client’s approval submit these to the Ghana Revenue Authority on their behalf. We also facilitate payments based on clients’ requests.

•    Payroll tax & advisory services
Payroll and outsourcing service is a major service line of our Firm. We prepare payrolls for clients and facilitate payment of payroll taxes to relevant authorities, including the Domestic Tax Revenue Division of Ghana Revenue Authority and Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT).
