Osei Kwadwo Ameyaw

Osei is a Chartered Accountant and Managing Partner of the Firm. He has over twenty-six years post qualification public practice experience in auditing, taxation and business advisory services. He worked as a founding partner at the assurance and advisory business services department of Ernst & Young in Ghana where he contributed towards setting up the brand. He had additional responsibility for staff training to meet the high standards of the firm.  

 His wealth of experience has been gained from providing various auditing, consultancy and advisory services to clients of Crowe Veritas where he is practice leader in audit & assurance, taxation and business advisory services and from firms he previously worked for, notably Ernst & Young, Ghana and predecessor firms.

 Osei provides auditing and tax advisory services in different industry sectors of the Ghanaian economy including not-for-profit organisations, state owned enterprises, mining and energy, hospitality, financial services, commerce, manufacturing, petroleum and energy, telecommunications and insurance. He has a wealth of expertise in provision of advice on start-up operations and managing global mobility services.

 At Crowe Veritas, Osei provides direction, and development and implementation of strategies for meeting the Firm’s objectives. His effective leadership and active participation in engagements have led to the Firm’s growth to the top tier of professional practising firms in Ghana. He is highly analytical and a diligent and conscientious practitioner.         

Osei holds a BSc. (Honours) degree in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) and a licensed practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.


Anthony
Anthony Danquah

CA(G); Partner

Anthony is a Chartered Accountant and a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.

 

Anthony has over twenty-four years of post-qualification practical experience in variety of audit, accountancy, tax and consulting assignments and has offered consultancy services to various organisations. Anthony, whose speciality is in external audit, accounting and tax, started his carrier with Pannell Kerr Forster Ghana where he rose to the rank of a manager prior to becoming a founding partner of the Firm. He has been actively involved in quality control review of financial statements.

 

He is approachable and has a unique and pleasant disposition for working with clients. Anthony has gained considerable experience from undertaking and leading various engagements involving assurance services, accounting and tax consultancy services to private and public organisations.

 

He has provided consultancy service in several engagements involving business process reviews and development of accounting and operational manuals. Anthony has carried out a number of assignments for clients in mining, shipping, manufacturing, fishing, commerce, insurance and farming.

Richmond
Richmond Atta Gyapong-Kumankuma

Richmond is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ghana. He is a manager who focuses on auditing and taxation. He has gained over ten years valuable experience in auditing charities and larger corporate organisations in the public and private sectors.

He has experience in auditing a range of clients from oil & gas, mining, commerce, banking & finance, services, not-for-profit organizations and state-owned enterprises. Richmond works in a team ensuring that our staff are accessible, technically competent and deliver specialist services that meet clients’ expectations by delivering value.

Richmond holds an MSc degree in Financial Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University, Scotland, United Kingdom and an HND degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kumasi Polytechnic in Ghana.

He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation ()

Mary Asabea

Mary Asabea is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Crowe Veritas. Beginning her career as a researcher with the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, Mary has about eight years (8) relevant skills and experience in the fields of corporate governance, company secretarial, incorporation of businesses, investment advisory, human resources management and compliance reviews. Her expertise extends to the mining support services, manufacturing, services, telecommunications and commerce.

To achieve excellence in her lines of duty and to promote good corporate governance and compliance with the laws, Mary has obtained a bachelor’s degree in (Economics & History) and a master’s degree in Philosophy (History & Research) from the University of Cape Coast. She has a master’s degree (International Affairs & Diplomacy) from the University of Ghana, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.
