Osei is the Managing Partner of the firm and has over 31 years of experience in public practice. He is a highly respected practitioner known for delivering high-quality audit and assurance services in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and other applicable frameworks.
He has led audit engagements for a broad portfolio of clients across both the public and private sectors, spanning a wide range of industries and organizational complexities. His deep technical expertise and strong grasp of evolving standards enable him to provide clients with practical, insightful guidance that supports transparency, accountability, and sound financial reporting.
Osei is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. He is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, helping organizations strengthen their governance and achieve sustainable compliance in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
He played a pivotal role as a founding partner of Ernst & Young Ghana and served as a partner in the audit and assurance business services department. His industry experience includes financial services, manufacturing, mining & exploration, downstream petroleum operations entities, hospitality, distribution, not-for- profit organizations, donor-funded projects and the public sector entities. He has vast experience in taxation including tax planning, corporate income tax services and advisory.
