Osei is a Chartered Accountant and the Managing Partner of Crowe Veritas. He has over thirty (30) public practice experience. He was a founding partner of Ernst & Young Ghana and for four years was a partner at the audit and assurance business services department of the firm. He was also partner responsible for staff training charged with responsibility for equipping staff with necessary skills to carry out various audit engagements to meet the firm’s requirements.
Osei has managed audits of varying complexities conduced in accordance with International Standards on Auditing. His experience spans industry sectors including financial services, banking, manufacturing, mining/exploration, energy, oil and gas, hospitality, telecommunications, not-for- profit organizations, commerce, donor-funded projects, insurance and the public sector. He has vast experience in taxation including tax planning, corporate tax, tax advisory services and compliance.
Osei holds a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Mathematics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is a licensed member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.
