Dr. Abdel Aziz Hegazy, Founder and Principle Partner 
Dr. Hegazy is the Founder and Principle Partner of Crowe Horwath Dr. A.M. Hegazy & Co., Dr. Hegazy was a Former Prime Minister of Egypt. He is a Doctor of Philosophy in Accounting. He is Chairman of Arab Cost Accounting Society, Cairo, Egypt, Egypt's Branch of National Society of Management Accounting, U.S.A, Islamic Economic Society in Cairo, Egypt and the Egyptian Institute of Accountants & Auditors. He is also a Fellow of Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors, Egypt and a Member of National Management Accountants Society, U.S.A., American Accounting Association, U.S.A. and the Society of Development and Protection of Private Investment, Geneva, Switzerland. And he is a General Secretary of the Federation of Arab Accountants. Highly respected speaker on professional and human-interest subjects at local and international seminars.

Dr. Mohamed A. Hegazy, Managing Partner 
Dr. Mohamed is the managing Partner of Crowe Horwath Dr. A.M. Hegazy & Co., He hold a doctorate & masters’ in accounting & finance from the University of Birmingham, U.K. He is a Professor of Auditing in American University in Cairo. He is also a chairman of Financial Consultants Co. for Marketable Securities Dr. A. M. Hegazy & Co. He prepared more than 30 researches in financial accounting, auditing and corporate governance and many of them had been published in international publications. He also participated in preparing the book “Auditing and Assurance Services: An Integrated Approach- Arab World Edition” Pearson Publications. He is a fellow of The Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors, The Egyptian Society for Taxation and The Arab Federation of Accountants and Auditors. He is also a member of both European Accounting Association and The American Accounting Association.

Dr. Khaled A. Hegazy, Managing Partner  
Dr. Khaled is the managing Partner of Crowe Horwath Dr. A.M. Hegazy & Co., He hold a doctorate & masters’ in Philosophy in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, England. UK. He is a Lecturer in Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University. He Awarded the Fulbright Commission Senior Scholarship for the Academic Year 1995/1996 as a visiting Professor in Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. He is a member of The British Accounting Association, The American Accounting Association, The Academy of Accounting Historians, U.S.A. The Institute of Management Accountants, U.S.A., The Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors, Egypt, Arab Management Institute, Egypt, The Management Accountants Society, Egypt and The Egyptian Capital Market Society. 

Dr. Ibrahim A. Hegazy, Executive Partner 
Dr. Ibrahim is an Executive partner at Crowe Horwath Dr. A.M. Hegazy & Co., Managing the Marketing and Financial Analysis Department. He hold a doctorate in Philosophy in Marketing and International Banking from The University of George Washington, U.S.A. He is a Chairman of Fidi Ad Co., providing marketing and advertisement consultancy services. He is also A Member of The American Marketing Association, The International Business Academy, The marketing Sciences Academy, The International Association for Advertisement, The Association of Businessmen Youth, The Advertisement Association in Cairo, The Egyptian American Chamber of Commerce, A member in the Economic Board of the National Party. 

Karim M. Hegazy, Partner 
Member of ACCA, holds a bachelor degree in Accounting and finance from Middlesex University and a Masters in Finance and Accounting from Brunel University, UK. He now Prepares PHD in Accounting from University of Manchester. UK. Karim has presented a number of research papers in accounting and auditing in International referred conferences as well as reputable international journals. Karim has performed several assignments within the office related to audit of manufacturing companies, hotels and other related industries. He participated in due diligence, feasibility studies & financial restructuring of a number of clients. 

Mr. Mohamed Lotfi 
Vice partner for consultancy and tax advising with over 20 years work experience in audit and & tax consultancy. Mr. Lotfi is a certified Chartered Accountant. He is a member of the Egyptian Society for Accountants and Auditors. He holds a Diploma in Economic feasibility study and evaluating projects, from faculty of economic and political science, Cairo University as well as Diploma in Financial Accounting, Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University, Egypt. He is an expert in feasibility studies and project valuation. 

Mr. Ashraf Allam 
Vice partner for Quality Control and other assurance services. He is a certified chartered accountant with over 25 years work experience in audit. He is a Member in Egyptian Tax Association, Arab costs Association and the Society of Arab Business Administration. His vision to make the work at Crowe Horwath Dr. A.M. Hegazy & Co. more professional. Ashraf worked tirelessly to deliver exceptional client service and in the process has developed strong leadership skills and a network of influential contacts throughout Egypt. Ashraf has attended several courses and seminars in accountancy rel="noopener noreferrer" and management. 

Mr. Ahmed Abdel Aleem 
Vice partner for assurance services. He is a certified chartered accountant with more than 20 years experience. He is a head of audit department. He is also a Chartered Accountant registered in the Accountants and Auditors register as well as having excellent working relationships with clients. During the previous years, Abdel Aleam obtained a wide range of auditing experience in many companies in different sectors (i.e. financial institutions, agric. business, industrial, commercial, public organizations, rel="noopener noreferrer" and hospitality, manufacturing industries, etc.

Mr. Ahmed Naeem
He is a certified Chartered Accountant with over than 20 years work experience in audit. Registered in the Accountants and Auditors register. he adds value to the service of our firm. He believes his diverse experience and expertise will allow him to make valuable contributions in providing exceptional services to our clients and allow the clients to focus on their core business to further strengthen their stronghold. During his career path, Naeem acquired vast and diversified experience in the audit of commercial companies, manufacturing, construction and contracting, hotels and tourism, and agricultural companies. 

Mahmoud Afifi, CPA
Senior Consultant at Crowe Horwath Egypt. Participated in preparation of valuation studies and other corporate finance assignments and Design and implementation of Financial and Administrative systems for several companies. Professional Affiliations include member of Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors (ESAA). He is registered in the Register of Accountants & Auditors for certifying joint stock corporation and other types of companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Section). Faculty of Commerce, Helwan University, Egypt (2003).
