Professional Code for Certified Accountants and Sworn Auditors (BS WP/vBP)
Regulation on the Professional Indemnity Insurance of public auditors and certified chartered accountants (WPBHV)

The lawyers are licensed in Germany and are regulated by the Bar Licensing Authority (“Rechtsanwaltkammer”) of Tübingen rel="noopener noreferrer" (Christophstraße rel="noopener noreferrer" 30, 72072 Tübingen, www.rak-tuebingen.de), of which they are members. The profession of the lawyers is subject to the follow-ing professional legal regulations:

RWT Crowe GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft has taken out the professional indemnity insurance policy with the Versicherungsgemeinschaft für das wirtschaftliche Prüfungs- und Treuhandwesen, Dotzheimerstrasse 23, 65185 Wiesbaden/Germany.

The geographical scope of insurance coverage comprises services within the member countries of the European Union and complies with the legal requirements of:
• Sec. 51 Federal Lawyer's Act (BRAO)
• Sec. 67 Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG), Secs. 51 et seq. Regulation for the implementation of provisions for tax consultants, tax representatives and tax consultancy companies (DVStB)
• Sec. 54 Public Accountants Act (WPO) in relation to the Regulation on the Professional Indemnity Insurance of Public Auditors and Certified Chartered Accountants (WPBHV).

Alternative dispute resolution
We are not willing to participate in an alternative dispute resolution proceeding in front of an alternative dispute resolution entity pursuant to para. 2 of "Gesetz über die alternative Streitbeilegung in Verbrauchersachen" (VSBG).
