  2. the above controllers are not joint controllers within the meaning of Article 26 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”)

  7. the purpose of processing of your personal data is the correct performance of the contract to deliver webinar and/or provide commercial information ordered by you;
  8. as regards the webinar, the legal basis is that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to deliver webinar, i.e. the legal basis set out in Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR. As regards the provision of commercial information and other marketing activities, the legal basis for the processing is your consent, i.e. the legal basis set out in Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) GDPR.
  9. controllers do not transfer your personal data to third parties;
  10. your personal data will be processed by the controllers until you withdraw your consent to the processing;
  11. you may request that controllers provide you with an access to your personal data, the right to rectify, erase or restrict the processing; you are also entitled to object to the processing and moving your personal data to another controller; 
  12. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office against unlawful processing of your personal data by the controllers;
  13. providing your personal data is discretionary, however, necessary to participate in the webinar, send an inquiry or subscribe to our newsletter;
  14. controllers do not process your personal data through automated decision-making, including profiling.
