Currently we are looking for a Senior Consultant Indirect Tax to join our specialised Indirect Tax Team.

What will you be doing at Crowe?

Your main responsibilities as senior consultant are:

• Assist and advise clients regarding VAT advisory and compliance matters. Our client portolio ranges from internationally active SME’s to Fortune 500 Multinationals.
• Participating in client meetings and conference calls allowing you to start building business acumen.
• Become a trusted advisor for our clients.
• Coordinate international multi-country engagements.
• Identifying opportunities in the existing client portfolio and be on the look-out for market developments to share with our clients.
• Stay up-to-date and upgrade your VAT technical expertise.

Background we are looking for:

• Master’s degree in law or economics, a specialisation in tax law would be great but is not required.
• At least 2,5 years of relevant experience in a Big 4, in a tax law firm or a similar professional services firm in Belgium.
• Fluent in Dutch & English. French, German or other language skills are a bonus.
• Able to work autonomously, translate technical skills in practical client focused advices for our clients. 
• Eager to learn and ambitious to grow your own career and our Indirect Tax department.
• Team player with communication skills.
