Sean brings over 30 years of experience in Risk Consulting and IT Assurance, with a strong foundation in financial & IT audit. He works across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus over the past 15 years on clients in the technology, financial services, education, and health sectors.
As a Partner at Crowe, Sean specialises in IT Assurance (SOC 1 & SOC 2), IT Audit, Governance and Risk Management Frameworks, Business Continuity and Resilience, Program Risk Assurance, and Process Transformation. His work is grounded in helping clients identify root causes, co-develop tailored solutions, and manage risk with confidence.
Sean is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) and holds multiple international certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC). He also holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys cricket, is an avid supporter of the Manly Sea Eagles and ACT Brumbies, and takes pride in mentoring university students, particularly those from non-English-speaking backgrounds, as they navigate their early careers.
