Courtney provides compliance and advisory services in all areas of taxation, including but not limited to income tax, CGT, FBT, employment taxes, superannuation guarantee, and indirect taxes. Working with family groups and small businesses through to multi-national corporations, Courtney works closely with her clients to create strategies to identify and mitigate tax risks. Courtney regularly works with internal and external teams and stakeholders, both in person and remotely to achieve the desired outcomes for a range of clients.
As a trusted advisor, Courtney provides both ad-hoc and ongoing technical taxation advice as well as long-term projects, such as restructuring and family succession planning. Alongside this, she has experience with the taxation of alternate uses of land (biodiversity schemes) and has a deep speciality with not-for-profits, including large and small government and non-government organisations, community organisations, and registered charities.
