Having more than 10 years of working experience, Mr. Shukoor is Managing Partner of Crowe Horwath Afghanistan. He is a qualified ACCA and ACPA and working in Afghanistan with aim to give the best of possible services in the rebuilding and rehabilitation of Afghanistan with integrity. He has worked as Senior Financial Director in Afghanistan Holding Group. He has also been appointed by Federal/ central Bank of Afghanistan as an audit committee member of BANK – E – MILLE AFGHAN, to supervise the executive operation of the bank and assisting the BOS with supervision/ management of the bank. Abdul Baseer (FCA, ICAP) Ethics & Compliance partner
Over 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Baseer has worked with multinational organizations and donors including World Bank, United Nations and USAID in Audit, Financial Advisory, and capacity building programs at national and international level. This includes two years’ experience as partner with a national level firm Mansoor Aslam Siraj Saleem Shahid, Chartered Accountants. During extensive four years with HLB – Ijaz Tabussum & Co., Chartered Accountants, and during other work experience, he has conducted external and internal audits, financial advisories assignments, evaluation of systems and controls and appropriate control recommendations thereon of almost major sectors including but not limited to Banking & Financial Institutions (i.e., National Banking Financial Corporation (NBFC), Insurance Companies, Edible Oil Industry etc. Most recent experience includes more than 6 years as CFO with Associated Industries Limited (AIL), an investment of International Multi Group of Companies (IMGC). Najamussaqib (FCA, ICAP) Audit & Assurance director
Over 17 years of professional experience, Mr. Shah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He has worked with Grant Thornton Afghanistan, EY and KPMG for more than 13 years. He also remained Chief Operating Officer of Afghan Rural Finance Company (ARFC), an Afghanistan-based commercial financial company owned by ACDI/VOCA. He has been involved with multi-billion project of technical and financial evaluation of Small Hydro Projects (SHPs) in KPK Province of Pakistan. He was also involved with KPK Board of Investment (Pakistan) for evaluation of investment initiatives to develop tourism in the region. His key skills include financial reporting in accordance with IFRS & US GAAP, assurance in accordance with ISAs, GAGAS, US GAAS, data modelling and analytics, forensic auditing, due diligence, trouble debt restructuring and financial planning. He has got in-depth experience of banking, telecoms, energy, oil & gas and development sectors. He has worked on various cross-border assignments of European Union, while working as a part of EY Brussels team, in Eastern Europe, Africa, CIS region and South Asia. Mr. Saud khan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering by January 2020.He and his team members developed the Web Application “Administration Department Automation (complainer system) “for Work Department of Camsats University Islamabad (Abbottabad campus). He joined Crowe Haworth Afghanistan in August 2020 as trainee under the supervision of highly expert IT Director.
