We have launched a unique Reg-tech based compliance services under brand name Crowe Assist. Developed on Microsoft Azure, the cloud-based service delivery platform has several features which facilitate delivery of Company Secretary and Regulatory Compliance support services to the clients anywhere in the world. The platform is customizable, scalable and accessible to clients. Clients can raise service requests, upload documents, track the services status, receive communications. Clients can download records, registers, organize meetings, circulate meeting minutes and sign-off documents online.
