Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be in-charge of finance and transfer pricing services for Clients.

1. Perform financial analysis, including:

• Understand the Clients’ business overview;
• Understand and assess the Clients’ systems and processes;
• Perform analysis on the Clients’ business operation results, etc.

2. Perform transfer pricing services, including:

• Write up Clients’ overview based on the information provided;
• Write up industry analysis;
• Perform analysis on related parties’ transactions;
• Perform analysis on the Clients’ business operation results;
• Search comparable companies, etc.

3. Provide other related tasks as necessary.

This position will also have chances to take part in tax/ accounting reviews, tax/ accounting advisory and payroll engagements, specifically:

• Assist in tax review;
• Make periodical VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT return;
• Make annual PIT, CIT finalization;
• Prepare monthly payrolls and perform related administration procedures
• University degree in Accounting/ Auditing/ Finance/ Economics;
• Good command of English and Chinese/ Japanese is preferred;
• Solid understanding of Accounting/ Tax is a must;
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting softwares; and
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
