Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will work directly with our Clients to assist them in the preparation of their monthly payrolls, including both local and foreign staff.

  • Process Clients’ payroll in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Compute employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, insurance and taxes;
  • Create and maintain employees’ payroll records;
  • Perform PIT finalization;
  • Conduct the social and health insurance procedures for employees; PIT registration; and
  • Provide other related assistance, such as:

- Registration for Individual tax code;
- Registration for dependent relief;
- Assistance in entry and Social Insurance book application for employees;
- Assistance in exit procedures for employees;
- Assistance in claiming maternity benefit from Social Insurance Authority;
- Assistance in making digital signature;
- Assistance in preparing report of using employees.

This position will also have chances and take part and support in tax reviews, tax advisory and transfer pricing engagements.

  • Assist in PIT (and other taxes, if required) review;
  • Write up Clients’ overview based on the information provided;
  • Write up industry analysis;
  • Translate the Report into English and vice versa;
  • Support in issuing the Report; and
  • Support in other related work.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting/ Auditing/ Finance/ Economics;
  • Experience in Accounting/ Tax/ Social Insurance is a must;
  • Good command of English and Chinese/ Japanese is preferred;
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
