MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Experienced: 2-4 years

Working schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday if required)

Job Description
o Coordinate with speakers and Agency to organize Seminar/Webinar (Event online/offline);
o Control the Content marketing which presents on Newsletter;
o Review and supervise editorial and content Coodinators (supervise quality of work, working hour, build up content marketing requirement);
o Play a role as a social media administrator on Social media (facebook, linkedln): Content marketing, content development, recruitment support,
o Track and analyze website/fanpage traffic flow and provide regular internal reports;
o Teamwork with Digital Marketing team;
o Coordinate and implement the tasks related to Brand marketing and Brand Comliance under supervisor/manager’s assignment;
o Other additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.

Requirements

o University Bachelor’s degree
o Proven related experience in content development, events organization, social media administration (at least 1 year);
o Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
o Certain experience with Events organization (particular case with the volumn of audience upto 50-100);
o Graphic design ability will be a great advantage;
o Good command of English, both verbal and written;
o Experience related to website management/webinar is a plus;
o Self-study skill.
