AC Crowe Ukraine Conducted an Independent Evaluation of the Supervisory Board of GTSOU for 2024

In March 2025, AC Crowe Ukraine successfully conducted an Independent Evaluation of the activities of the Supervisory Board of LLC “Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine.” This evaluation was carried out in accordance with the Memorandum of Economic and Financial Policies between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as one of the key cooperation benchmarks.

The evaluation was completed on time and in line with the best international practices. The report was approved by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, which acts as the sole governing body of the company.
