AC Crowe Ukraine is a Member of the UN GlobalCompact in Ukraine
In April 2023, AC Crowe Ukraine joined the UN Global Compact in Ukraine. The company committed to upholding the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact in four areas: human rights, labor relations, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
"Cooperation with the UN Global Compact marks a new stage in developing our vision of supporting and implementing the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. It’s an opportunity to jointly emphasize the importance and urgency of addressing critical issues in society and avoiding their consequences," said Olena Potopalska, CEO of AC Crowe Ukraine.
Goal 3: Ensure Health and Well-being
- We organize first aid training for employees.
- We have participated annually in the charity run «Run Under the Chestnuts» for the past eight years.
- We host yoga classes, SUP-boarding sessions, and other wellness initiatives.
Goal 4: Quality Education and YouthDevelopment
Education is the foundation of the future. We support educational initiatives and provide students with internship opportunities
As part of this goal, we:
- Successfully launched the «10 Days in Audit; project in 2023, which gives students practical skills necessary for their professional development and introduces them to the auditing profession.
- Continued cooperation with universities through signed memorandums.
Goal 5: Gender Equality
We strive to create equal opportunities for everyone and actively support the career growth of women.
As part of this initiative, we:
- Ensure transparency and impartiality in recruitment, project distribution, and career advancement processes.
- Aim to achieve gender balance at all levels of our company.
- Guarantee equal pay for all employees regardless of gender.
Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
We create comfortable working conditions, ensure fair pay, and provide opportunities for career growth.
As part of this goal, we:
- Implement the sustainable development concept Hello, #eco, giving preference to Ukrainian producers when sourcing corporate materials, furniture, and other office essentials.
Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
- We cooperate with charitable foundations and organizations such as the Tabletochki Charity Foundation, The Moms Foundation, and Down Syndrome NGO. We also provide direct assistance to low-income families.
- We launched the cultural project AuthentiC, which promotes Ukrainian culture, national traditions, and cultural heritage, contributing to the creation of a strong national brand.
Goal 12: Responsible Consumption andProduction
- We implemented electronic document management, which helps reduce paper consumption and preserve forests.
- We sort waste and send it for recycling.
- We take a responsible approach to selecting materials for corporate supplies.
Goal 13: Climate Action
- We implement the Hello,#eco concept, which includes environmentally responsible initiatives.
- We introduce energy-saving systems and devices in office operations.
- We conduct awareness campaigns for employees and clients about sustainable development and eco-habits, especially in wartime conditions.
- We launched the «Saved Land» project aimed at preserving the environment during military actions.
AC Crowe Ukraine Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the Field of Anti-Corruption in Ukraine
Ukraine’s recovery requires a new approach to doing business, where integrity and transparency are not just aspirations, but essential elements of sustainable development. Businesses that aim to be part of positive change must take responsibility for upholding ethical standards.
AC Crowe Ukraine joined the anti-corruption initiative by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of anti-corruption in Ukraine. This step highlights our commitment to the principles of transparency, accountability, and integrity in doing business.
In 2019, AC Crowe Ukraine entered the first CSR Catalogue in Ukraine — initiatives from Pro Bono Club Ukraine, which is the official member of the Global Pro Bono Network.

«Partnership for Sustainable Development –2023»
AC Crowe Ukraine received an award in the international competition by the UN Global Compact in Ukraine — “Partnership for Sustainable Development – 2023” for the project “10 Days in Audit” in the Society category.
Aligned with SDG 4 on quality education, the “10 Days in Audit” project is aimed at providing students with practical skills necessary for professional development, as well as familiarizing them with the auditing profession and its opportunities.
«Partnership for Sustainable Development –2024»
AC Crowe Ukraine received an award in the international competition by the UN Global Compact in Ukraine — «Partnership for Sustainable Development – 2024» for the project «AuthentiC» in the Digitalization category.
In line with SDG 11 on the preservation of cultural heritage, the AuthentiC project promotes Ukrainian culture through digital technologies. The initiative aims to advance Ukraine’s brand, national identity, and cultural traditions, revealing Ukrainian heritage to the world.
