Chief Talent Officer
Nick is responsible for ensuring the organisation attracts, develops and supports the people who drive Findex and Crowe Australasia’s growth. This role represents a natural progression from his previous position as Chief Stakeholder Officer, where he played a critical role in bringing the business strategy to life through building strong leadership structures and fostering an engaged, connected and empowered workforce.

In his current portfolio, Nick oversees talent acquisition, community programs and strategic talent initiatives, strengthening the foundations he previously established in stakeholder engagement and organisational culture.

As a long serving leader within Findex and Crowe Australasia, Nick has held a diverse range of senior roles, giving him deep insight into the organisation’s strategy, operations and challenges. He was instrumental in developing Findex’s proprietary general management system, which underpins the firm’s achievement of ISO 9001, the highest international standard for quality service. Nick credits this success to the organisation’s commitment to innovation and the strong people‑centred culture that has been cultivated across all levels of Findex and Crowe Australasia.

Nick's career at Findex has also seen him serve as Chief Property and Procurement Officer, where he leveraged Findex’s broad geographic footprint to reshape the group’s property strategy. His responsibilities included aligning the national property portfolio with organisational growth priorities, ensuring Findex and Crowe Australasia’s office network was positioned to support workforce expansion and strengthen the firm’s presence in key communities. On the procurement front, Nick oversaw several of Findex’s strategic vendor partnerships, ensuring the organisation worked with best‑in‑class providers.

Across every role, Nick has remained focused on building an environment where people, teams and communities can thrive, while anchored in strong leadership, clear strategy and a culture of excellence.
