As Crowe’s Co-Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary, Matt is instrumental in designing and implementing the Crowe growth strategy, working closely with the executive management team to ensure the financial side of the business closely aligns to the operational and growth sides. The rigorous and methodical approach Matt takes to mergers and acquisitions has made Crowe one of the most successful M&A-led businesses in the Australasian financial services landscape.
As Crowe’s Co-Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary, Matt is instrumental in designing and implementing the Crowe growth strategy, working closely with the executive management team to ensure the financial side of the business closely aligns to the operational and growth sides. The rigorous and methodical approach Matt takes to mergers and acquisitions has made Crowe one of the most successful M&A-led businesses in the Australasian financial services landscape.
Matt’s forward-thinking approach has led the growth of the team from 50 to nearly 3000 employees in the past 10 years. He is instrumental in the expansion plans of Crowe as it moves into its next stage of growth.
In addition to his role as Co-Chief Executive Officer, Matt is the Chair of the Board of the Findex Community Fund (FCF), which was established in 2018 to give back to the communities in which Crowe operates. The mission of FCF is to help those isolated by location or circumstance, by providing funding and assistance with health, education and entrepreneurship initiatives.
Outside of work, Matt is a qualified ‘Black Belt’ in Six Sigma and enjoys rugby and cricket. He and his family are also keen travellers who are always looking forward to their next adventure.
