Dan began his career in manufacturing and moved to a role as Senior Management Accountant of a global pharmaceuticals company. Dan was integral in the merger of three independent organisations to form a $400 million enterprise before he became Finance Director and equity holder in a private manufacturing business playing a vital role in improving profitability and cash flow. Since relocating to Australia in 2006, Dan has led the Northern NSW firm of Findex building a strong culture of collaboration and communication through his professional, honest and transparent approach to business.
