Hvilke oppgaver får man? Nye arbeidstakere og potensielle kandidater har alltid en hel del de lurer på. Her er svarene på de mest stilte spørsmålene vi får.
We invite promising candidates for first and second interviews.
The first interview could best be described as an informal meeting where the aim is for us to get to know each other.
In the second interview, we want to gain a greater understanding of the candidate’s professional aptitude, which is naturally one of the factors we take into account in deciding whether to make a job offer.
We make sure we create a safe environment around you. Our flat structure means that you can ask any Crowe employee for help or advice, including our partners. During your first two weeks, you will receive internal training on our systems, and updates on the latest developments in selected technical and professional topics.
Otherwise, you will meet friendly colleagues who want everyone to thrive. We are proud of the environment and culture we have created, and that we are a place people want to stay.
Our philosophy is that new employees should quickly gain and take responsibility. Depending on the size of your clients, as a new employee, you will be given your own portfolio and be responsible for client contact.
You will experience a great degree of freedom, and we provide scope for you to shape your own working day. This also means that it is up to you to ask for help and use the resources you need.
We evaluate the need for intern and student positions on an ongoing basis. Many of our team joined Crowe as interns or students. We have found that many people want to stay after sampling working life at Crowe Norway.
Typically, you would join us while you are still at university. As a student, you could be in a 20 per cent position, i.e. working here just one day a week. This gives both us and the candidate a good opportunity to see whether we are a good fit, as well as useful experience for candidates to add to their CVs.
