Audit Panel - A Career That Counts
On Wednesday, April 16, 2025, a panel discussion titled “Get to Know Auditing: A Career That Counts” was held at the University of Donja Gorica. The event was organized with the aim of introducing students to the auditing profession and familiarizing them with modern trends in auditing and finance.
The panel brought together distinguished experts from the fields of auditing, public administration, and the corporate sector:
- Sava Laketić, Acting Director of the Tax Administration of Montenegro
- Vladimir Kavarić, CEO and Partner at Crowe MNE
- Boban Čabarkapa, CEO and Co-founder of BD Corporate Services d.o.o.
During the dynamic discussion, the panelists shared their professional experiences and spoke about the challenges and advantages of pursuing a career in auditing, as well as what everyday work in this field looks like. Special emphasis was placed on ethics, the importance of continuous professional development, and digital transformation in the world of auditing.
The discussion also covered career development opportunities in Montenegro and the region, as well as the role of auditors in the modern business environment.
