Secondment program
- Promotes a culture of collaboration among member firms in identifying cross-border opportunities in strategic markets by temporarily placing professionals at our member firms.
- Helps foster close global ties and cross-border working relationships while addressing human capacity management needs and providing a learning experience for participants.
- Enables our people to deliver quality services to our clients as a seamless network, by sharing knowledge and best practices, raising cultural awareness and developing strong relationships among participating members and staff.
