Young Leadership Academy

Young Leadership Academy, which runs across our Asia Pacific and EMEA regions, brings together the next generation of leaders to help them build and cultivate cross-border relationships and foster the trust needed to deliver work across borders, seamlessly and effectively.

Through this regional-based program, our next generation of leaders are engaged and excited to be part of a global network and emerge ever more committed to the brand and to each other.

Secondment program

Promotes a culture of collaboration among member firms in identifying cross-border opportunities in strategic markets by temporarily placing professionals at Crowe Global member firms.

Helps foster close global ties and cross-border working relationships while addressing human capacity management needs and providing a learning experience for participants.

Enables our people to deliver quality services to our clients as a seamless network, by sharing knowledge and best practices, raising cultural awareness and developing strong relationships among participating members and staff.

Training

As a global network with more than 200 member firms, Crowe Global hosts hundreds of training events at the local, regional and global levels.
